Notice Period, Bond Period & Bond Amount

Hello Sir, I got an offer which states that, "I will be on a probation period of three (3) months. On satisfactory completion of the probation period your services would be liable to be terminated by the company by giving two months’ notice in writing OR payment in lieu of notice on disciplinary or non-performance issues. The Company may terminate your services for “Breach of any Code of Conduct” with immediate effect, without giving any notice or any compensation of whatsoever nature to you. If the employee resigns from the services or leaves the services before completion of THREE YEAR PERIOD of employment with the Employer, the Employee will be required to serve SIX MONTH’S notice in writing OR the payment of liquidity damages. The Employee agrees to reimburse either the total amount of six months of current salaries/ allowances/ bonuses/wages etc., or a sum of rupees Ten Lakhs (INR 10,00,000/-), whichever is higher, towards liquidity damage to the Employer in lieu of expenses incurred on recruitment, training, development, and cost of hiring, training, and development of substitutes as well. Please note if you decide to serve a notice period, then it must be served by you, and in no way can it be adjusted against earned leave, if any, or purchased by paying notice pay in lieu of notice. Unveiled leaves, if any, will not be considered in lieu of notice. No leave shall be granted during the notice period, and absence, if any, shall have to be covered to complete the required notice period. Could you help me understand if this is legal or not to ask 6 months of notice period and if it is can i negotiate on this before accepting the offer? Please help me what should i do?
