Power of attorney taken fraudulently

I took Morgage Term Loan against my Housing Property loan in Dec.2020 of Rs.50 lacsthrough a person who was 'Sallgar'in a Patsanstha..as this Patsanstha has exposure limit of Rs.10 lacs for hos monetary interest @ 17% per month allied from interest of Patsanstha which is 13% pa. I.e.3% intoto..he decided to do 5 proposals 1 in my name and 4 in his Family Members names..I.e.1 on His self name..1..on his wife's name..one his Son's name and 1 his daughter's name..during 5 morgage deeds taking undue advantage of our trust and need he fraudulently made POA and have done MUDAT KHAREDI PATRA .on his Wife's name. we found this just now.. He has not given a Single document since inception deliberately..we asked this PATSANSTHA to give us letter that they have not given NOC for this MUDAT KHAREDI PATRA....they have given this letter to us ..plz.let us know accordingly whatshouldwe do..? Should I do FIR againsthim? ShouldI complaint to DDR..Office?? .. Should I serve legal noticeto PATSANSTHA and the fraudulent person..And what to do for cancellation of this illegal Power of Attorney taken fraudulently by me..by breaching trust of me.?
