No Salary Hike Given
I didn't get a raise despite working hard as an inbound agent. I fear retaliation from my manager and seniors because I filed an ethical complaint against my abusive manager before. I took on extra work in a new role but my concerns were ignored, and I had to return to my old role due to bad feedback. My manager made me move to another department and my compensation and bonus were based on input from my previous manager and leadership, resulting in no raise and only 50% bonus instead of 100%. I believe I deserve the bonus and raise. Can you help me?

DETAILED DESCRIPTION: I was not given any hike for my work the recent financial year. I have worked very hard and gave my best in my job. I work as an INBOUND AGENT. I am doubtful of my managers/seniors retaliating against me. Because, initially when I was new to this company , my manager was very abusive and rude, he was equally good to female employees and employees that belonged to his ethnicity. I was forced to raise an ethical complaint against the rude behaviour of my manager, which helped change his attitude towards me. Further more, my seniors and leadership had resentment shown towards me for raising an ethical complaint. I was forced to reply to their complains against my adherence in the company , which is a way to frame me further.
Moving on , to current financial year , I took a new role as a follow up agent and I had to work for extra long hours to support the team. I did my duty diligently and raised concerns to improvise but none were taken seriously. I had to move on and change my role back to INBOUND AGENT. I could not work for a complete quarter because I joined back as an inbound agent for 1 month in Q2 and 1 month in Q3. While Q2 , I had bad performance feedback and even when it was not my fault , I was forced to revert to HR email , which enabled my manager to raise a Case against me in HR Portal. IN next 1 month of Q3 , I was performing better but my manager asked me to move on to another team because no one likes me in my current Business Department and I would be better off in another department. I moved to a new department and got my compensation/hike letter in this new department based on the inputs give by my previous manager and leadership. They have not given me any HIKE and my bonus is only 50% while the norm is 100% . Please, guide me as I know I deserve the BONUS and HIKE.
