Finacial Loss n harrasement of people

I have taken investment from people , near about Rs. 65,00,000 out of this invest in Forex market Rs. 25,00,000. and Rs. 11,00,000 and rest keep with me . for monthly return of 25% as per investment. one plan for yearly Rs,1,00,000 investment started at Oct 2022 after 3 month investment amount return. Six month all get good way , people get there return. in Jan 2023 first week my Mother detect ILD. Lung disorder fibrosis . Left size lung damage 94% n right side infected 27% . Dr. told me lung transplant , but there expenses two high.out of Rs.65,00,000 , iwas return Rs. 31,00,000 two client . due to such tension about my mother and surrounding investor n there daily demand to return investment amount . i m much tense n due to this lost the forex n indian market investment amount. In this period , i made false statement for my investor .because of heavy pressure n family (mother health problem) Now all people (40 client ) out 7/8 daily come my place whole day demanding funds. i told them i will recover your money .but i want few month work .out of 40 client 75 % get money from my end .its all white transaction . most of client reverse entry from my account .they are harrasing me n my family . i want advice ,should i take whole responsibility legal document for this, how to tackle such situation with legal way . i never denied , even i suggest ,i will recover there loss next 6/8 month span. now some of client threaten me , wife n son. please advice us .what should i do .
