Noise pollution and nuisance due to two schools in nearby

We have two schools in our nearby area and they both make unbearable noise starting from loudspeaker for prayers. One of which continues to do so for function and extra curricular activities for the rest of the day too. After prayers, recess breaks again creates nuisance to unbearable level. This second school after starting their day, continues to play music with heavy noise constantly without any break till 2 pm. And after that they give their school commercially to run for skating, dancing, karate etc like activities from 4 to 8 pm including whole Sunday whose noise can't be tolerated to any level, totally extremely unbearable noise. We tried approaching them to decrease the noise and asked to decrease atleast to a tolerable level bcoz there are so many students in our society preparing for boards and entrance exams including me and also there are many elders who can't tolerate this daily nuisance. While approaching, instead of decreasing their noise and getting it to the tolerable level, they started insulting us all and this happened innumerable times. We have tried our level best to approach them and find solution but all in waste. The first school still cooperates us positively whenever we ask to decrease their noise but this second school is not only running school but also has given their building commercially for the rest of the day and always responds negatively and insults whoever approaches them. Our house was constructed after that school but other neighbours are there who lived before their construction and they have not taken their permission to make any school. What can we do to get rid of this problem permanently. I don't know much about law but I do know that I have right to live peacefully with full mental and physical health that this schools have ruined it from so many years. Please guide us. It's totally intolerant and unbearable for most living in our society.
