Sudden Termination & Holding of Stipend
TERMINATION Matter:==
I was an Intern for 2 months in a Start Up in Bangalore from 10 January 2023. I served my one month Resignation Notice period (As per Agreement) on 19 Feb 2023.
But suddenly on 9 march 2023 at 7 PM HR Senior management called me and Terminated in 5 Minutes when 10 days were left of my overall Notice Period.
The Reason they told me :== My Performance was not good
In this period I was applying for Job continuously as I still had 10 days to get new Job. But now I am Unemployed all of a Sudden in 5 minutes.
"So please tell me which laws I can apply as I know that 1 Month notice period is must for Termination".
HOLDING of STIPEND:==
Out of 21 from our batch only 2 left in company before my termination. The reason is that company put the stipend on Hold due to Low performance. But I somehow retrieved my stipend as I know some Court Judgments related to Stipends.
So Question is:== Will I be able to get my due Stipend and compensation?
Company stopped Stipend of Many so is there a case for them (Both who left due to same reason and those still working now)
