Drt summons

Hello, My mother got drt summons for debt recovery of business loan that my mother took from a bank. The business was not a success. There was no profit from the beginning and the machine became faulty and was not used. My mother couldn't pay the loan. The loan amount my mother took was around 4.5lakh. Now outstanding is around 3.5 lakh and the overdue they put is now around 25lakh. My mother couldn't pay for some years so that much overdue. My father absconded. My uncle is looking after us. My mother is having health issues. My mother or me or my uncle don't have a single asset, no property or any savings and i dont have a job. Its hard time for us now. My mother cannot show up on the day drt asked to be present as she has doctor's appointment. So i wanted to know, what happens if my mother cannot attend the drt and is there any possibility of arrest? is there any way my mother can get some years time to pay? we talked to bank manager but she told that she cannot give anymore time. I heard they will give ex parte and issue a recovery certificate or decree. What happens after that? what can recovery officer do if my mother dont have any saving or any asset or property?
