Under what situation Visa get rejected for personal loan defaulter?

Dear Sir/Madam, I became a personal loan defaulter for 8 months. I was paying sincerely last 1.5 years due to an inevitable situation, I requested banks to extend the payment deadline period but they did not accept they forced me to pay on time, and a lot of agents from 7 am kept coming to the rental house which troubled me. So, I immediately sent a notice to two banks then vacated my rental house and moved to a different location. But still, banks are following me coming to my native, going to my wife’s parent's house, and tracing all our friends’ numbers. Now, I got the onsite opportunity I am afraid that my visa will get rejected because of this. Now how will I know whether banks have filed any cases and sent a notice to the old rental house? Will banks file cases even after sending a legal notice to Banks requesting to give time for settlement on mutual consent? When I checked ecourts service online only my cases on banks are available I could not find any of their cases in my name
