Tata Harrier dark edition
Further to my issues with Tata Harrier,
I again Request you to ragister my issues and provide permanent solution. Since I had been trying and approaching Tata for last 6-7 months. I hope this period of waiting for repair and spares will be further extended towards guarantee/ warranty after 2 years. Request again to provide suitable solution on priority please.
Your company and team is assuring me will do soon. But no solution since more than 6 months to till date
1. My vehicle remain with your service centre for Approx 8-9 days for the same.
2. The problem with windows, glasses fittings remains same even after replacing the faulty parts pics are attached. Which clearly visible that this part is not properly fitted or manufactured. Saying all veh have same is not justify the problem which is visible.
3. Rooftop railing not replaced problem remains same pics attached part not available. Last reply part not available.
4. Gear lever handle cover not changed. Part not available. Last reply part not available.
5. Wiper not changed return with minor settings as usual. ..and said not covered under warranty. Which is being mentioned in various complaints that this issue is due to substandard metrial and workmanship and raising complaint since purchase. Needs to be checked as per workmanship and materials quality.
6. For System mall function and music mall function software updated as earlier it was done many times. Problem not resolved. Alredy shared video clip to Service manager at sterling motors. No permanent solution which may cause serious accident or lose of life also. Which also affect vehicle mileage due to no options to change drive mode.
7. Hence, team TATA is again requested to note down my issues for early solution, I am feeling harrassed with such issues Since purchase.
8. Nothing personal against any individual it is my concern and requesting to address the longe pending problems in Tata Harrier.
