Maternity leave and want to exit from the company

My wife has worked for a company since 2016 (it is well established with 5k plus employees. it is a stock listed company) and in 2020 she was working from home because of the pandemic during that period she was pregnant and wanted to avail maternity benefits from Nov 2020 onward for 6 months but the company said they have no such policy. what this company does , they exit an employee during maternity period and again rejoin the employee after 6 months so that the person cannot avail that benefit. these kinds of things they do with their employees whose gratuity are completing. this kind of scam has been going on. so lucky due to working from home they didn't do such a thing with my wife(exit and rejoin) after 6 months when she wants to join the company they said you have to first exit the company and then rejoin. for that they are taking resignation in back date and we refused to do such things and filed a complaint in Dy. Labour court Pusa New delhi in June,2021. initially it took time but on 5 oct,2021 we won the case and the Inspecting Officer gave the result in our favour and did a notice to the company but the company didn't respond and reopen the case and the case now in pending state from Oct,2021 till now ie 2023. during this period my wife wanted to do a job in her field but the company is not accepting her resignation and the Labour court said that your file is received at the head office i.e. civil line New Delhi, now we will transfer your case to LG because Delhi is a union territory so here LG has power he will assign your case to some authorised person then only this case will proceed. this company has already ruined her 2.5 years experience and the next company is not accepting her when she tells her situation to them.she qualified all the rounds of interview but rejected in the HR final round. now this is a big trap of her career. This time, she got an offer letter from a prominent company without telling the truth of the maternity case (she just said she has taken a service break of 2.5 years) and the new company wants acceptance mail from the company to ensure that you worked for the company but her previous company is not accepting her resignation and saying come and talk personally and when we went there they are doing the same thing again. so tell me what to do
