Signed Blank Cheque was theft by my uncle and bounced

I took over my father's workshop after completing my UG where my uncle (my father's own brother) was working under him for years. After 3 years of my joining along with the growth in my business my uncle's grudge over me also was grown as he cannot enjoy any of the ownership after my dad as he(my uncle) expected. One day he was caught manipulating the business accounts which raised a quarrel between him and my dad. Thereafter he started disturbing my business by diverting my regular customer and threatening my workers which does not went as he expected as they were my side. He planned and entered into my workshop after our working hours with a spare key he had and robbed all the account books along with my cheque book which had 2 blank cheque leaves signed to be given to a bank for applying bank loan. Denial to his demand of money and job in my workshop he got the cheque bounced where i came to know that my cheque book was being stolen by my uncle along with my workshop account books. After the bounce i had made the "Stop Payment" and thought this threatening may not extend if we had a proper conversation. Due to his greediness further conversations doesn't went well. He made the 2nd Bounce next month. This made me decided to go to court and got a stay untill the judgement by the Munsif or Sub Court. As the evidences are positive on my side, with no other go he filed a criminal case against me under 138 ni act. What are my chances to get over this
