Deframation

Dear Sir/Madam, I am from Pune and my husband from Ranchi, I have filed 498A and 377 at police station against my husband and their family member from Pune. PSI lodge my complaint and issue notice to my husband to present, After 15days he present at police station along with lawyer. Police call to me, so I appear at police station, PSI asked some question like what is problem, whether you want to stay with him etc etc, So I denied said don't want to stay. And I left the police station, and PSI told me we will arrest and present to Court. I though he must be arrested, when I enquire he is not arrested, as per the police my husband health was not good, his BP and sugar level keep down etc etc giving the reason, As if he died at police it would be big trouble so police didn't arrest. Even accused appear at police station twice. After 3 days accused left the city and back to Ranchi. But his lawyer still in pune he is trying for Bail. Now police giving us lame reason how can we arrest as he was sick etc etc. Saying any how he will come to us we will re-issue the notice and even his lawyer will file AB that also he has to come to us only, we will bring all his family member at police station. I am having doubt police taken bribe from husband/lawyer, How they can left accused. I am not able to find what need to be done further, Even though I already filed case for DV/Maintaence at Pune court after 5-6 hearing he and his lawyer appear 1st time at court for DV case. Please guide, Some lawyer saying we should file complaint against Police at Comissioner of police etc, as Police must arrest the accused and not let them go even appear twice at police station.
