Non payment of gratuity and VRS benefits
Sir,
I was originally appointed by the Director of Industries AP Hyderabad in 8/1971 as Typist. In the year 1974 I was absorbed into the services of APIIC Ltd in Public interest
with an assurance that APIIC will pay my service benefits ie., gratuity pension etc. for service rendered in the Government.
But APIIC has failed to honor their commitment and denied my gratuity amount and also 7 years of VRS benefits. Hence I approached the High Court for not counting my past service in government.
The Honorable High Court has passed orders in the year 2003 directing the APIIC to count my total service rendered in the government and pass orders within 2 months. But the APIIC has failed to pass such orders.
The AP State was divided in the year 2014 the HC has passed another orders directing both APIIC and TSIIC to pass orders counting my entire service rendered in the Government.
The TSIIC has paid sum of Rs 93000 being 42% out of 2,24000 payable to me and directed APIIC to pay balance 58% being the bifurcation ratio
Finally I filed contempt petition in 2018 which has been closed directing me approach me to a proper FORUM
Now I am helpless what action can take to recover balance amount of my service benefits and struggling to get the same since last 20 years.
