What should be the my next action for money recovery from a friend?

I lend Rs. 10000 to my friend on 18-oct-2022 for one year agreement and then after he ask for the Rs. 8000 this time on 20-oct-2022 for the time period of 31- jan- 2023 with interest of Rs. 1500. Total repay for this money Rs. 10000. He was close relative friend so we didn't go through legal formalities instead he write this on white paper and sign and send me on whatsapp but then on 22 oct 2022 he asked for 10000 more and this time he played victim card and make me agree on to pay all this on or after 3 years from oct 22, 2022. But this time he made me to whatsapp on agreeing my will to pay this for on or after 3 years. But recently I came to know from somewhere that in court without the legal documents of loan amount the these type of cases are not accepted if they are older than 2 or 3 years. Now I'm in dilemma what should I do so that I don't have lose my money. Here is a catch too. In november month I invested my money rs. 59000 (this was total my money) in a app where he and his cousin brother came as risk bearer if the app run off they will bear the Rs. 20000 each and take the profit for 20% each for the risk, They introduced me to this app first. The app plan was like I have to give them Rs. 59000 first they will pay Rs. 3363 for next 55 days. So I paid but in the 9th day while recovering my own money before making profit I told both of them you too don't have too bear the risk I will take myself. And then on the approx 38-40 days the app run off. Now he is saying he will not pay the money that he lend to me as I didn't pay him the amount from this profit. So will this is necessary to pay them the profit before the profit I told them move on. And this app wasn't any registered company and we don't have any legal conversation for this only whatsapp. What can I do so that I don't have to bear the losses. Please let me know. Should I take legal action upon them or what as his cousin brother also lend Rs. 55000 for 1 month in nov and said that repay in 1st dec 2022 but still in feb he only returned 15000 from total. What will the resolution for this. Need clarity on this case.
