House owner not ready to pay advance properly, how to collect the amount.

Myself venkateswarlu paleru and my daughter has made rental agreement on dt.13/07/2021. due to higher education she went to usa in jan 2022. as manufacturing fault they constructed with wood instead of rock and cement ,particularly beneath the sink.veracious lans dale appartment #503,b - block. 6 months back opp. flat #502, b - block, has removed all the wood part due to damage/ rotten and replaced. now the issue is particularly at shink corner upper covered rock/top just 3 to 4 cm down and no damage to any part of sink area just cement slipped due to rotten of the wood that's all. wood work life tme at particularly at sink area 5 to 8 years normally. but the appatment constructed more than 10 or 11 years back. morever i send the picks of cockroches surrounded by beneath portion of the sink area. owners son rakshit accepted and after one month that life time expired and morever no single damage took place on the top of the fixation including sink area also. this slipping happened just because of the wood plank bending due to rottening of the wood particularly at water logging area.
