No. 3-22/1,pasumamula,Pedda Amberpet municipality, Ranga Reddy Dist,TG.have purchased the said plot No. 135, Sai Nagar, GPR layout, Indrakaran village, Sanga Reddy, SRO Medak Dist. TG, got registered on [deleted] Vide CD Valume:147, 3550/2004 at SRO Sanga Reddy, Medak Dist. TG.
from GPR Housing pvt ltd lay out as GPA and Agreement of sale holder of Dega Vishnuvardhan Reddy S/O Dega Srinivas Reddy, aged around 43 yrs. old address plot number:1295,Road number:63,p present on-line searched address,plot number:207,Road number :14, Jubilee Hills,Hyderabad, as Dega hotels pvt ltd Director through GPA and Agreement of sale,vide document number :657 of 2001 of Book 1,dated [deleted],,Registered at RO Sanga Reddy,,Medak Dist,Telangana ,then AP.,

The same plot was under our position and regular maintenance with fencing taken care up to 14-2-2021 .
On 15-2-2021 we have sold to Md Salavuddin and got registered in favour of him and given position to him on the same day. All most all 19 years it is under us and my vendee.
To your surprise two persons named Barla Mahesh and Sara Narsing came to the site and claiming that this plot is puchased by them and got registered on their name by producing an affidavit which is signed by Notary as Polamoni Ananda Rao is a legal heir of P. Yadalakshmi who is expired in 2010.vide Doct no 42462/2022 of SRO Sanga Reddy.
Sir, we got shocked to see the same plot was registered by you in favor of P. Yadalakshmi w/o P. Atma Rao on [deleted] , vide CD Valume :143, 592/2004 of SRO Sanga Reddy (R.O.).
and with that document they came to occupy and threatened my Vendee Md Salavuddin to vacate the plot.
Sir, with my hard earned money I have purchased the plot as a security for my children. Now some unknown persons threatening to leave the plot.
Sir, help me in doing justice to me and help my children and my plot Vendee which will be big financial loss, leagal issues.
