FnF settlement pending

Hi, I was working with one concern where I resigned and left the place of work after handing over data & details to the concerned person. All this was done after discussing with the owner of the concern and all have rightfully accepted after failed persuasion of serving 1 month notice period. But due to some person reason I did not serve any notice period as the firm did not had HR policy, neither nothing was mentioned in my offer letter nor did they gave me any appointment letter while working for 4.5 months. My HOD & owner assured me of my relieving letter & FnF settlement amount in due time but when I'm sending mail for inquiring about my salary for the last month they are ignoring my mails completely and nor they are picking calls to get an update on the same. I served my last day on 31st Dec'22 but I see progress from their side. As per new wage code FnF should be settled within 2 days from employees last working date. I need some consultancy on how can I realize my settlement for this kind of harassment.
