FIR in electrical accidental under sec 338 done against employee rather than company

Sir myself Ramchandra ,I was a divisional incharge in an electrical project company. During my job in company an electrical accident happened on a site under my area . Work was being done by our site engineer mohan and MESCOM JE who gave written authorisation to mohan to work . Due to some mistake of MESCOM JE , there was supply and an accident happened and one labours was injured . Our company arranged all expenses of treatment in best hospital and the victim was then discharged from hospital . No fatality or disability happened. But an MLC (medico legal case) FIR was registered by local police station in the name Mohan as accused 2 ( site engineer ) and as an incharge of area my name was also inserted as accuse 1 even when I was not present at that site , while the name of JE was changed to accused 3 as he influenced the local police. Case is being fought in court and is in evidence stage. Now I am no more associated with the company .. 1)How to remove my name from the case and transfer it to my employer company. 2) If the labour try to file compensation claim again on my name then what to do.
