I am viraj. i have worked at XYZ company from last 3.2 year. Xyz is MNC company but my working location sometimes in client side and some time in my comapany side. My working Hours generally 11am-8pm. But client set a meeting at 8 clock at night and this meeting generally takes 2-3 hours every day these meeting goes upto 12 -12.30 clock at every night even sat and sunday also. And from last 4-5 month we sited at client location. They called us everyday even sat sunday also at morning from 9 o clock till 12 o clock sometimes 1 o clock at night. One day what happened my house is 17-18 Km from client company location. My Bike ran out of petrol and at night Not a single petrol pump was working. So I had to push the My Bike 6-7 KM. It was 3 o'clock in the night to reach home. I told this to my company but they didn't listen. Clients sometimes threaten to kick you out of the project and out of the company if you don't do a good job. Once there was a brilliant employee who didn't sit till 12 o'clock in the night, so he was removed from the project and spread throughout the company he had poor performance. Once I came a little late, the client said to the rest of the employees that he only comes to work for 9 hours Only? Sometimes we had to sleep in the same room 2 times on our business trip and on the floor below. I told my company but they didn't listen. Sometimes we go for business trips in the morning in different city and He does not even stop for food. i directly eat at night. I also told my manager All of this.I have call records of clients sometimes calling up personal mobiles at 11-12 at night even when I am asleep and saying some work related things. Clients used to come to eat with us at the company mess, sometimes I used to pay for them and they would tell me that I would pay them later. 5-6 times that happen But I ignored. After that we (there was a team of 5-6 people) went to the hotel. we had decided that we should share the amount of food money equally but they did not pay I paid all the money. Once we went to "sula vines" in which 5-6 of us bought vines in which client's vines Money paid with my colleagues but he didn't pay for it. One day a co-worker was on maternity leave and the client started talking to us he have to schedule in advance. But Co coworker is male. how to schedule maternity in advance. Then on the same day I was chatting to my colleague on zoom app (I scolded the client and typed this message on" how to schedule maternity leave and eating free food not paying and giving my money(profanity with their name)).But at the same time co-worker was giving a presentation with Clients on Teams App. He read some sentences due to screen sharing after he threatened him because of that fear he showed Chatting. Then the client told my company that I was abusive. And they terminated me from the company. Gave me resignation as your career will be ruined by threatening me. They didnt gave any 3 months salary Now what i do
