Issue with the Builder not giving documents.

Hello, I bought a flat in an apartment on Dec 2021, and the builder gave the NOC on Feb 3, 2022. but ever since then, they are not responding to my calls or messages to hand over the remaining documents, such as the car parking allotment letter, possession letter, the property tax paid receipts (which they haven't paid since 2014), and Eb Name transfer letter, what can I do to get this documents shared, this is been ongoing for a year and they are not even responding. Now the association is asking me to share the following documents and pay the maintenance and corpus funds, I'm happy to pay these off but they say that they can calculate only when they can get the possession letter, and they are asking to pay an interest of 6.25% with interest and also asking to pay for the club renovation fees which were done in 2015, I'm stuck between both the builder and association they are harassing me putting my names on the due list and defaulters list, and talk without sense when I go to their association office. What can I do to get this issue fixed, also my housewarming is falling this month and I think they are going to create issues with that as well by not giving the lawn for the party, and not allowing me to shift in the society, etc, Also they are charging 6k to use the lawn in the society, if I own the part of the property then I think I should be paying only cleaning and electricity charges, why they are charging more? is that even legal to charge any amount? Please help
