Adverse pvr review scn

Hello, I recently applied for the reissue of my passport under Tatkal scheme on received my passport on 16/11/2022. After that, I received a call from my local police station to come with all my documents for the verification. All of this was already done back in November 2022. Today i.e. 9/1/2023 I received an SCN stating that there is an adverse PVR as "the voter ID of applicant and her mother is not found on Election Commission Website. You are therefore called upon to provide a suitable explanation and submit fresh application with correct details. Please note that you are required to furnish a proper explanation regarding the circumstances under which you had suppressed the material information in your passport application and obtained the said passport. Also, state why action should not be taken to impound passport number xxxxxxx dated 16/11/2022 under section 10(3)a of the Passports Act, 1967 and section 12(1)(b) of the Passport Act, 1967 should not be initiated against you. I have not submitted any of our Voter IDs during the passport application or verification process. I had already informed the Police Officer during my verification visit to the station that our Voter IDs are old from when we lived in Delhi 10 years ago. Since then we have moved to Kolkata and all our IDs (Adhaar, banks,etc.) Are for the new address. The Police Officer told us that we don't need to furnish the Voter ID details in this case and the other documents should suffice. I have to leave the country for an employment contract at a school in Thailand on the 13th and my visa application is under process. I don't know what to do in this case and if this will affect my visa application or if I will face problems at the immigration checkpoint. I have already emailed my explanation and all the documents on the email mentioned in the SCN. This is extremely urgent. Kindly help. Many thanks 🙏
