How to get all documents which were signed by my mom

My mom is illiterate, studied up to 5th standard, Assuming that, my mom side family cheated us, 7 years back, they taken a lot of signatures from my mom, At that time i was 15 years old, even signatures not taken in my presence, they took my mom to another city and taken signatures, At that time, i don't know about Legal things, so i simply ignored that signatures. I even don't know what those documents are, it can be Gift deed or Nominee or legal heir related or etc.. Nominee related means, my mom has 2 brothers, 1 brother died in 2013, the person who died has clashes with his father and he went out from his father's house to another city and earned well. If i ask my mom about that signatures, my mom simply say, they(my mom side family) said like "that's your father's property, you don't have any right on those, so you just need to do signatures", so my mom did signatures. What are all those documents, where to get now? If RTI? Process? If found cheated, what are the next steps to claim back all those?
