Writ for cancellation of transfer order after joining the place mentioned in transfer

I am a middle management officer in a public sector bank , I was transferred by bank with malafide intentions and against bank own policy only by citing service requirement reason ( which each Dept does) , as I have raised issues regarding a abuse of power and other partiality in transfers etc , to ministry level , so top management ego got hurt and they have transferred me to remote place , if suddenly I approach court I won’t be able to proof that this transfer is Malafide , and court will not accept my petition ( as many case references i read ) so I have joined the new place as per transfer order and start collecting evidences by filing various RTI etc and now have enough evidences to prove my claim againt bank for transfer with malafide intentions, I have a query can now I will approach high court under writ ? To cancel this transfer order And to get back the posting at my last posted city ? only 05 months Passed as it comes under limitation period , pls advice whether court accept my writ now? As I have joined as per bank order and now want to challenge that malafide transfer order
