Can a promotion be cancelled after a period of 4 years?

Hello, I was appointed as Class-IV in (Executive Cadre) employee in a Government Department in the year 2006. I was not allowed to give type test for atleast 10 years and was told i am not eligible for the said type test on the pretext that only Ministerial Cadre was allowed for the same, which is totally false as per J&KPDD SRO381 of 1981. In the year 2016, my application was submitted as a Class-IV Executive, ( I never hid anything), I passed the examination, and a DPC was held I was promoted on 2018. Now a case has been filed and I have come to know that in agenda and Minutes of Meeting, the said Clerk has written that only Ministerial were allowed to give the type test (which is totally false and it can be given by any Class-IV employee irrespective of Cadre) and my designation was changed wrongly written as Orderly instead of Executive. I every document that was submitted by me my cadre was written as Executive i made no error, the MoM as well as my documents was checked by atleast 15 members present in that DPC. Not even a single person objected, now after the case is filed I have to come to know abt the lines written in the MoM , I am scared as hell. Would my promotion is jepordised due to the the errors and wrong doings of other members of the Departmental Promotion Committee?
