Civil dispute over our land

Hello All, We have 5 acres of land in our native in Karnataka. All revenue records are under my father name. Distinct relatives have troubling us over the same land. There are two cases as below. 1) 3 of them filed a civil case against us in 2007 and same was dismissed in lower court and they appealed in higher court there also their claim was dismissed. Here we did not put any counter claim or asked for any injection against them. Recently again they have started troubling us and we filed EP for the above mentioned case asked for police protection. The judge is saying as there is no executable order EP application is not maintainable even though we had submitted police FIR copies. 2) Other 2 have filed a fresh OS cases against us over the same property and is still running. In the same we have asked for counter injunction as we have all documents in our name. My concerns are 1) is it possible to get police protection from court through our EP case as we have submitted FIR copies to court. 2) IN OS Cases we have asked for counter injection without putting counter claim as we hold all revenue docs in our name. Does our IA for counter injection under 39 A is maintainable Without counter claim? 3. As above two parties are different but distinct relatives to each other, Should we file a separate OS case against all the parties in above cases to seek permanent injection as they are still illegally entering our property without any orders and police are not framing the charge sheet properly.
