Help for employee
1. Oct 1, 2022 joined the office, Saturday had introduction, Sunday Holiday, Oct 3, 2022 Monday started work with no Appointment letter or Job description
2. All the instructions and tasks were explained or told orally, no formal written or mail about my tasks.
3. Biometric login was given after a few days, date I am unable to recollect.
4. Assigned tasks were done by me and reported via mail, excel, database accordingly.
5. November sudden turn of events; Nov 20 to Nov 25 date events.
Nov 22, 2022 I was on leave.
1. I was scrutinized, targeted on an event or issue for which I did clarify and explain.
2. To support my arguments i was not given time to check previous chats, mails etc
3. In the CEO cabin 2 male colleagues, 2 female colleagues along with the CEO women accused me, questioned me. I did clarify and put forth my points but all were in vain.
4. I was escorted to the next room where I usually work and asked to sign a document dictated by a female colleague, written in my own handwriting and signed.
5. This female colleague intimated me and asked for ID proof, something you give, soft copy you show, I will accompany you to your house etc. Then I convinced them that the next day I would produce. My office mobile was taken back, which I used to carry home with their permission only.
6. I was asked to bring aadhar card, photos the next day, I did bring the required documents with the photo but they didn't take it, kept themselves busy and dragged it. I got my office mobile after I asked them that I have pending work. Morning my CEO said you have time till Nov 30 to prove yourself in these tasks.
7. In the cabin my female CEO could have had a one-on-one meeting with me one on one but she made a male colleague sit along Why?
8. I asked for an appointment letter, she asked me about that day's tasks and came to my room.
She started finding fault in my pending work when she knew it was pending. I asked time to finish and also time to prove. At last when I said 'mam what is in your head tell me? she said leave or quit and go.
9. Before leaving I asked for my signed letter back, there was an unpleasant exchange of dialogues, she tore the letter and threw it towards me.
10. I asked for my salary till the last day of November when I worked.
11. She asked me to handover the excel sheet to HR which I did via mail.
12. I bid farewell saying bye bye etc., WhatsApp few messages
13. After quitting I was in touch with HR for a few pending things officially and clarified doubts.
Am traumatized by these events. What are the things I need to do for truth and justice?
What safety measures do I need to take? It took so many days to write this incident here as I was disturbed mentally.
Please guide me.
