Girlfriend is playing with emotions

Sir/Ma'am I and my girlfriend use to work in the same office, first we both hazitate to talk with each other but slowly we started talking and end up loving each other, we started to spend time alone after office hours, not physically but emotionally both of us can feel happier and complete together. Then one day she got seriously sick and got admitted in the hospital, doctors tell her family that she's got Typhoid and she is in critical stage, I got broken emotionally... after 1 and a half months of treatment she got recovered but our company Fired her from the job due to not performing as required n taking so many leaves which company doesn't afford to give. I fought with the Authorities for her but fails to retain her back, It was real and unconditional love from my side, so I didn't stop to meet her, I always keep in touch with her and I also take her for shopping. I gave her many things Physically Mentally Emotionally and Financially.. but after asking she always said DON'T CALL ME YOUR GIRLFRIEND I DON'T LOVE YOU but you are a good person.. when I doesn't contact her she contacts me and ask me to come.. Sir I Love her a lot but don't know why she is playing with my emotion.. She should either leave me or accept my love... can I file a case against her for playing with my emotions and destroying my life?
