Termination of employment with out any showcause notice, and verbally asked not to come to office

1. I worked in my office for 6 years and 8 months as Manager of General Administration and designated as Divisional Head for a Korean Manufacturing Company
2. for the past 6 months I am been harassed stating to forcibly resign my position.
3. There is no proper reason for them to terminate me
4. before 3 days they found a notice issued in 2019 stating that my performance was not good and lethargic
5. I was called for a meeting and informed that i will be given 1 month salary and will be terminated with immediate effect dated 21.11.22
6. it was a shock to me and refused to quit.
7. What is the legal procedure to claim against the company under
i) Human Harassment in the workplace on a community basis
ii) I am 56 years old and I want to claim for rest of my service from the company
iii) Now suddenly sending me out of job will affect my family and children studies and my ailing parents.
Need a help and need the company to compensate my rest of my service as i could not search job further due to my Age.
This compensation should be a lesson to the foreign manufacturing companies.
