Dispute with neighbour over childrens playing in street

Im residing with my parents. Our house has two roads front and back side,with gates on both sides.we park our car at front and back side next to our compound wall.The incidence i am talking happened on our backside street. Its two months back when childrens from opposite house were playing cricket and my car was parked there besides my boundry wall,got hit by the shots they played.I came out in my balcony and told the childrens about playing safely so that car should not get damaged.At this time father(police constable) of the child also came out in their balcony and made some arguements. But after 2 days i came out of my backgate to go for my job,as i opened the door of my car, the father and uncle of child came,stopped me from getting inside the car, started unprovoked arguements,saying i cannot park the vehicle on front as well as back side,threatened me that i should not enter this back street,threatened about damaging the car& to me.Used abusive language to me and my senior citizens parents. As all this was happening suddenly the uncle of child came from my back assaulted me on my leftside of neck. I had giddiness for nearly 40 seconds, inbetween other neighbourers came and controlled the uncle of child and prevented his further aggression. After some hours i filed a police complaint,got MLC done at govt hospital, which showed non griveous injury.So crpc 107 apllied on the child"s uncle but the father got clean chit( as he is working as a constable in police department).instead they filed a second complaint that crpc 107 should be applied on me and my senior cetizen father also,so police charged 107 crpc on us also.what to do in this case? police is protecting child"s father, as he is police constable.
