Questions Regarding UPSC Application form filling

Sir.I am an upsc aspirant . Sir I have a question regarding my documents that are to be presented before upsc . Sir I have done my B.Tech in computer science and engineering from BIT sindri Dhanbad which is a Jharkhand STATE GOVERNMENT. college which requires a Jharkhand State domicile for admission. Q>My dilemma here is that my Ancestral home/ land/khatiyan is in BIHAR so I have my NON CREAMY LAYER OBC certificate from Bihar . BUT my grandfather came to Ranchi (Jharkhand) from Bihar to work in HEC factory and our entire family has been living in Ranchi (Jharkhand ) for the past 40-50 years . So on that basis(on those documents ) I came to Acquire RESIDENTIAL certificate of Ranchi Jharkhand and made an OBC certificate for EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES. from Ranchi and got Admission into BIT SINDRI. Q> SIR MY PROBLEM is I am filling upsc application as an OBC candidate . And if a situation arises when during document verification UPSC asks me that "you have an OBC certificate and RESIDENTIAL certificate from BIHAR" . So Q1>HOW did you manage to get admission into BIT SINDRI which is a Jharkhand state government college which requires a Domicile/ RESIDENTIAL certificate of Jharkhand?. Q2> HOW can you have an OBC certificate of Bihar if you did your B.Tech in Jharkhand ? EITHER you forged your documents of RESIDENTIAL certificate from jharkhand FOR the sake of getting Admission into engineering college OR you are Defrauding UPSC with your BIHAR OBC certificate ? Since you can't have 2 Residential certificates means you are defrauding UPSC and so legal action must be taken against you? -> Sir I am very nervous about what to do -->Fill the form as a general category aspirant ?OR If I fill as an OBC candidate then UPSC would take legal action against me instead of just shifting me from OBC to general RANK LIST or just cancelling my candidature? Sir please advise me What to do? Would UPSC will take legal action against me for defrauding UPSC with my OBC certificate of Bihar ?. (Even though my caste does belong to the central list of obc -halwai caste.).
