My therapist cheated on me she delayed my sessions to 8months didn’t responded me

And February 2022 I hired a therapist. She charge me 10,50.After that she udaney took me two sessions. That only took two sessions out of 5 of 30 minutes she promised me each session of 45 minutes, she just vanished and she used to reply me after two or three months and then again she used to get vanished. Today I texted her. I was very angry and I told her I am going to tell my parents and then she told that her lawyer will talk to me and to my parents, what should I do I want refund of my pending sessions which is Rs.6300 and she asked me to join a zoom meeting so that my parents can talk to her and her lawyer. Where as I want her to refund me Rs.6300.08 tees her mistake Darci delete the sessions I heart all the screenshots as a proof where she has delayed my sessions . She has only asked me once or twice to take sessions that too on spot. Nobody is free on the spot or 24/7 that whenever she’ll text take the sessions when I texted her on spot, she said the same that you need to inform me to 3 days prior. I am not free today for your sessions like that so how can she expect me to take sessions on spot I’m just 19years old what should I do
