Not implementing speaking order.
I am working as a Central government employee, coming under Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY)
I've been recently transferred to another location of the same organisation mentioning no reason. I gave a representation saying that my daughter is studying in 12th standard and she is in the middle of the academic year requesting for some time till her board exams are completed and later I will join. The representation is not considered and there is no response either.
I took the help of CAT to seek justice. CAT has issued an order to the parent organisation to give a response to my representation within 15 days of order. In response to the order our Director General and corporate HRD has issued a speaking order to join in the transferred location and avail leave in my credit. I followed the order and joined the transferred organisation and as per the speaking order I requested for Child Care Leave in my credit.
Now, the organisation is giving excuses to sanction the leave as it is very early and to wait for sometime. As I am a single mother, my daughter examinations pre-boards and registrations for coming competitive exams have started, she requires my care and assistance during this crucial period.
How should I approach this problem for not implementing the speaking order?
