A co owner

A group of people entered in my shop and attacked me and Aloke Bihani the co owner of our house hold propriety,which was unexpected,as result of that attack I was get injury on my head and it was stitched in government hospital and the Aloke Bihani was injured seriously on his right hand though the bliding is not get controlled by doctor of Jalpaiguri Govt. Hospital he was referred to medical college Siliguri but seriousness of the injury he was gone under operation for three hour at maharaja Agrasen Hospital Siliguri and dischage him on next evening with the advice by the doctor for 2 month rest and his opinion though the cut on right hand is very deep and he couldn't say before 2 month because it may take time 12 to 15 month and he is in dark wheather the hand will work properly or not,also informed us confidently that one or more fingures will never work After the unexpected attack culprits were lodge a FIR against us and Police charged us u/s 307 ipc and many more.Now we were prayed for anticipatory bail which is pending for hearing in the concerned court. We were also lodge a police complain in same section. For these act we need expert advice kindly comunicated
