I have signed the bond for 1 year with a company in noida.

Hi I was called for a different position for job in the company. But they gave me different position. My graduation was not completed that time my final year exams were left and this was a campus placement. The HR told me in interview that they'll keep me on internship for 3 months and when my degree will come they'll convert me into training and hence my salary will be increased. But then HR denied from this. Now they kept me on internship for 6 months. This is my 6th month. And now they are saying that we will extend your internship period for 2 months. But in bond it is mentioned that for 6 months we will be on internship and then on our performance basis they will increase our package. But now they are not sticking on there words and bond. I want to leave this company as they are doing fraud with me in every sense. But I have 1 year of bond if I'll leave the company before 1 year i have to pay 1 lakh rupees which I don't want to pay. Is there any way i can get rid of this company and there fraud without giving them 1 lakh rs As company has not invested any single amount on my course or training. Please help me to get rid of this company.
