Landlord brought police to my house

I moved into a house in march this year in the month of july we had a dispute with the Co-tenants. At first the landlord asked them to vacate by oct end. Since then the other tenant started harassing me so I told the landlord I was planning to shift out because of this. I changed my stance twice. In August the landlord started telling me to leave and not send anymore rent as he will deduct rent from the deposit. When the dispute happened my son came to know that the common motor meter was connected to my private electricity meter. When we questioned him he said I already told the other tenant to give you some money towards it and do equal share of the maintenance and cleaning of common areas. All this was disclosed after 3months. When asked about rental agreement he started asking for more deposit money. In September end he asked when I was vacating as he was coming to stay there with his family. I asked when the other tenants were vacating since you asked them to vacate too as they were teh troublemakers. He told me to mind my own business. Unable to answer my questions he brought the police to my house along with his father and started shouting when are you vacating the police never said anything but stood there. One policeman who was in mufti started writing that we will shift in October and made me and my son sign. His father kept saying we have given a complaint only if you sign we will withdraw neither the landlord or the police said what the complaint was. To my understanding he had not gone to court or had an eviction order with him. What can the court do to help me
