Resignation due to harassment, bullying, intimidation by boss.

I had to resign from job due to harassment, bullying and intimidation by boss.
Received nasty mails from boss at 12:30 in night to create pressure, hostility and fear
Assigned negative rating without discussing the performance appraisal with a view to
bully, threaten and compel me to resign out of malice/ ill will.
If there was no ulterior motive to bully, why the appraisal was not discussed, thereby flouting HR policy?
Moreover the Group Head signed the appraisal letter.
Good work appreciated by auditors was deliberately neglected by boss to put me in spot.
Even tax refunds of Rs 7-8 Crs were ignored and never appreciated the efforts out of vendetta and biased mindset.
Was not allowed to take leave and always objected to take leave deliberately. ( Is this not harassment?)
Boss took back his Digital Signature (DSC) and made me to run from pillar to post for DSC with colleagues for filing returns. This was going on for 6 months.( Total torture)
Always yelling, shouting for no reason thereby creating hostile work culture.
Tried to escalate the issues to higher up ( Group Head) but were turned deaf ear.
Above facts have been specified in EXIT Form while leaving the job.
