Not Getting TC from School

Dear Sir, I am not getting Transfer Certificate of my son who studied in Gaur International school Gaur City 2 Greater Noida West Ghaziabad till 8th class after that session started of 9th class so I deposit first quarter fees approx. 22k (April to June) because fees needs to submitted before 10th of quarter start otherwise school charge fine 50Rs per day but in mid of quarter we moved my son in other school and that information shared with Class teacher so I was sure that it was communicated internally to school and further there is no action required from my end. Few days back my son’s school demand for TC of last studied so I applied for TC on 17 September and got updated that you will receive TC 7-10 working days so we requested it is too urgent because current school have last date 24 Sep 2022 to submit the TC. In last week I visited in school 3-4 times then informed me that your fee is pending and you have to submitted till date after that release the TC but I told that my son just few days class attended in first quarter after that he is not attend single class and it was already informed to Class Teacher then reply from school that we need to discuss with Principal Madam after that we can tell you about TC and from last 10 days same thing listening from school that still they could not discuss with Principal. I am sending the mail but they are not reverting on mail and not pick the phone; so mostly I need to visit school to get update for TC but get same answer; Principal madam is busy so we could not discuss will discuss today and this is happening with last 10 days. On 29-Sep-2022 I received mail from school to deposit the fees till September and it cannot be waive if you need to get TC. Please help me to get TC from school.
