Recovery of my salary during covid 19 pandemic inspite of being pregnant

I am working in Punjab National Bank. I was pregnant from [deleted] to [deleted] during covid 19 pandemic. Ministry of Home affairs has regularly issued the advisory that pregnant women should refrain from going out side during the pandemic . How ever i have managed to going offlice till 6th month of pregnancy. And during 6th month of pregnancy my bank also issued internal circular that absence of pregnant women will be treated as Working from home. Since pandemic is spreading very exponentially therefore for the protection of my unborn child i have stopped going office and applied to my office for work from home quoting their internal circular. But they denied me work from home since it was risky for me to go office therefore i had followed the mha guidelines. But after completing my maternity when i joined office my authority has marked me leave without pay and recover my rupees one lakh salary . Since i was following government of India guidelines and protecting my unborn child. I want to ask you can i get protection from court under maternity benefit act or any other way. Suggest me what can i do legally
