Problem in reissuing passport due to Parents Name correction

Hello Sir I went to PSK under tatkal appointment to add my spouse's name to the passport and some corrections in the Parent's name which they simply denied as any correction needs to be addressed under Normal appointment which is fine and we agreed to it. However, they suggested bringing a gazette notification in order to change the Mothers name (from Gurdeep Kaur to Gurjeet Kaur) and supporting documents for typo correction in Father's name (from Manjit Singh to Manjeet Singh) which I don't have. My existing passport was issued on the basis of a birth certificate but not on the basis of the Matriculation Certificate. My all existing documents i.e Aadhar (recently added spouse on basis of Marriage), PAN, Educational (school to univ), Voter, Marriage Certificate, etc have my parents' names as Manjeet Singh & Gurjeet Kaur except my Birth Certificate & existing passport. In addition, my parents don't have any supported documents/Govt IDs with their incorrect respective names i.e. Manjeet Singh and Gurjeet Kaur. At the moment, I am willing to move to a foreign country on a work permit but unable to proceed further. Kindly provide your valuable suggestions on how to add/correct those errors, documents required, etc. In addition, if should opt for reissuing the passport with the spouse's name or simply let it be as it is.
