Renovation loan fraud
I am Sravan Kumar Mula, holding S/B Acc/No: [deleted] at Andhra bank Cherlapalli Branch (Now Union Bank of India), In 2015, I was abroad during the house purchase process, so I gave my father power of attorney to do my duties in my absence. I have gave power of attorney for maximum loan on 35lacs and I received (Home loan A/c No [deleted]) of 33,90,000 (sanction letter is attached). But the bank issue renovation loan (Top up loan acc no [deleted]) of 3,18,000 to my father in his account without my notice. I came to know about it during the closure of the loan in October 2015, I was surprised and asked the bank how it is possible with my concern. So the bank and my father said that is totally legal and I agreed then. By my recent visit to India I came across with my friend working in a bank that it is totally illegal to give loan to my father.
I was asking for loan account statement by mail to customer case on 1st August 2022(mail copy attached), but no reply till date. Same time I was visiting the bank regularly to given me the clarification on it.
I was regularly requesting the branch all the month of august but no proper response from the bank. I have contacted Union Bank of India Hyderabad regional office, as per the order I wrote a written requested to the bank on 30th August 2022 (copy attached). Even no response from the branch. On 8th September 2022, I was frustrated and took a video in the branch why they are not providing me the details and uploaded on Twitter same date to #RBL and #unionbanktweets, then the next day bank called me and gave me the statement but no clarification given on the top up 3,18,000 loan which was credited in my father account Mr. Narender Mula A/c No: [deleted], He was the Co-Applicant (Power of Attorney attached)
I got the complete loan statement but I didn’t get any clarification on the statement because the bank says loan is closed before 6 years.
I am requesting you to give me suggestions
Is it legal?
