How to get returns money from the bank

Sir I am Sami Qureshi buy a e-auction property which is held by Canara Bank Bijli Nagar Bengali Square branch indore m.p. on 10/01/2022 property of Mr. Mohd. Faheem Khan Address C1 Scheme No. 71 Sector D Indore was purchased. the entire amount was deposited by me in the bank. 25 percent EMD amount Rs 697000 + Rs 2000000 home loan.(Rs 2788000) From date 10/1/2022 to date 25/7/2022, the property has not been occupied by the bank for a total of 7 months, because of this, I am upset with the bank due to so many issues in the past. Since on date 26/7/2022, the property was incompletely occupied by the bank, in which all the household items of the former borrower were also kept in the property. On next day 27/07/2022 The borrower re-entered in the property and brek sealed and break the lock and is currently residing with effect from the above date, whose information was given by me to the bank branch manager from my mobile. Because I have not got physical possession of the property since last 8 months and I am getting paid every month Home Loan Emi Rs 24500/- per month. Due to not getting the property and paying Rs 7000/- per month house rent, financial crisis has arisen in front of me, that is why I do not want to buy this property and when I got back all my money from the bank But the bank is not giving me money back. So please suggest me how get returned my money from the bank ?
