Mental harassment by stalking and repeatedly making calls

I, my mother and sister we all three live at our flat in a society while my father is a working professional stationed in a different state. Our society has a whatsapp group of all the resident owners. My father being the owner is a part of it from our family. During a heated conversation between the board members and residents of the society my father got carried away and used a cuss word for one of the board member lady. Since we are not a apart of the group we were uniformed about the same. Late at night after 10 PM the lady board member sent a society security guard to our flat inquiry about my father’s presence. On asking the guard about the purpose of the inquiry and that who is inquiring he denied to disclose the identity. Later the security guard called on our intercom and again asked me to put through my father on the line to which I informed him that he does not stay her and again asked him to disclose the identity of the concerning person who is making him stalk my residence like this late at night. The guard denied to disclose the concern and the identity. They again called on the intercom only this time it was the lady, she threatened and intimidated me saying “ask your father to control himself or i can call the police”. Even after informing them that my father is not present she threatened me and intimidated me. I asked her that what was the concern to which she just said that ask you own father what he’s said to me I can’t disclose it to you. Later after speaking with my father i found that it was regarding the argument on the society whatsapp group. The lady did not stop there and again kept making calls at my intercom through different people who refused to disclose their identity and only repeated asked me to come down. Later they also had a police officer talk to me who kept asking me to come down. Only when I informed him that even though i am not the concerned person and even after repeatedly informing that the concerned person i.e my father is not present they have been calling me which accounts for harassment the police disconnected the call. I want to take legal action against the lady and the board members for threatening and intimidating me and my mother and sister and also causing mental harassment.
