Harassment by landlord

I'm located in Bangalore, India and my ex landlords live in Singapore. They have put me through verbal harassment leading to detoriation og my mental health, i want to know about what I can do or what actions I can take against him Here are some pointers : 1. He has harassed me every once in a while for past 2 months 2. He texted my friend who wasn't a tenant anymore making statements such as "I don't care if she's a girl, I'll send people over" 3. I had mentioned to them once that I get panic attacks, and later on while asking me to vacate because I had pets he made a statement saying "go commit suicide" 4. We had decided to settle up my accounts by calculating all the extra rent I paid for a vacant room, which was coming up close to 36000, but he only paid me 23000 so I didn't get my room painted, as he clearly kept atleast 13k from that and later he asked me to pay 8k for the room's painting. 5. When I refused to pay for the painting he started using foul language, saying things like "I don't wash my private parts" "I am a madam of a brothel" and more than 1 time saying that "my pets should die in horrible ways" 6. The decided date of me vacating was 28th of August, but they kept pushing me to leave early every once in the while. 7. On the day I was supposed to move instead of giving me time to move my stuff throughout the day(whick was the original plan we discussed), they kept pushing for me to take out all my stuff of the apartment right away. 8. He sent someone over without informing me to push me to get out right away, I wasn't home at that time is was busy with something, and then both him and his wife kept calling and texting me saying there's someone waiting and I should go right away, even tho the person had come without any prior notice to me. 9. He constantly kept harassing me by saying offensive things to me and about me to a friend of mine, he didn't have any rights to contact my friend who's not a tenant anymore 10. They knew very well that I suffer from depression and anxiety and yet they made nasty statements about it, making my panic attacks more frequent. 11. He also slut shamed me 12. They were also negligent when I tried to inform him that I got hurt during a fight between me and my flatmate(the fight wouldn't have happened if the landlords were dealing with me directly without involving my flatmates) when I tried to tell him I was crying and all he said was "get your emotions in check"
