Should I have to pay amount of breaking bond and the notice period amount at same time?
Hi Sir,
I want to leave the company before bond completion and don't want to serve notice period as well because in the next company they are paying me 2 times higher amount as per my qualifications. In the previous company bond that I have signed was not on notery paper and on offer letter it is not mention that you have to serve 2 years on the organisation. They have given me bond after 1.5 months. But I have to join the new organisation before notice period ends so I have gave them resignation mail with immediate release appeal and by seeing that they are asking me to pay 45000 as per bond and 2 months salary extra as per notice period buyout amount. So I have asked them other than the work training which are the courses or training or abroad visit I have done so I can give that amount because it for my benefits not for company so I can pay accordingly that. But now they are threatening that they will not give Experience letter or marking me as abscond and also blocking my PF. Please help me on this I am begging?
