My company didn't paid me

I worked in an IT company from OCT 5, 2020 to JUNE 10, 2022 as an Immigration Specialist. I worked as a Team Leader for my entire working period in that company, They gave me a hike in the month of Nov 2021.But, they didn't pay me the hike amount for the month of DEC 2021,JAN 2022 & FEB 2022. And I worked till JUNE 10, 2022 even on weekends. I asked them multiple times but they didn't pay me. I am fed up with them by asking and resigned finally and asked them to clear my dues. After my resignation they called me and we discussed my dues. They said they will credit it in 2 days. Until now they haven't cleared it yet. I have been following up with them multiple times every time they are saying they will clear it in next week or in a few days. One day they said I need to come to the office and collect the check as it is my final settlement of my salary. I went to the office on July 22, 2022 at night 9O'Clock(I work in Night shifts). I was there in the office till 1:45 AM. But, they didn't give me a check nor credited the amount in my account. They promised that they will process the amount in this week(July last week) of Monday or Tuesday, I tried reaching them but they are not even responding now. They need to pay me an amount of 2,40,000. They didn't pay me for June month also for which i have worked till 10th of June month. I requested them to provide the pay slips and Hike letters when I was an employee of that company. But, they didn't provide me with those documents either.
