Harassment of money lender.

Hello sir/madam, On June 2021 my brother took an loan from a non - financier. The agreement is of 2 months with amount 3,70,000 with the surety of our land plot which is 160 gaz and it's market value is 18 to 20 lakh in range. They asked as around 1 lakh profit to paid in within 2 months so 4,70,000. We made one of the biggest mistake in our life my agreeing that much of interest. Actually we paid a big amount in advance for an another land buying and we were at the deadline of paying all amount if won't pay it then we lost our advance that's why we ask for every financer but no one help as in too less time and we are still in need of more money that's why we are arranging money from our relatives and friends. But the actually matter is the middleman in is my big brothers friend he knows clearly that how badly we need money the people we take loan of 3,70,000 is he's family members and he takes 25k from us as helping us and he personally told us that not to let his family members that he took money from us. They were all 5 members come to our home for letting us money and making an agreement altogether. Then later july last week they started asking money and after 2 months we pay 1,00,000 back them and then life chances suddenly we lost almost everything from our mens wear store which is our only source of income and and land advance amount which is total saving and it's like we were bankrupted. Everyone around us knows that we lost everything and the people's who gave as loan pressure us to sell our land plot which we placed as surety and we agree them as we too don't have any other option but the area were our land is become city gossip as around 24 plot along with our lost there value as government comes in and stop the housing works going on there because our land and others 24 land comes near a small lake and now we are getting an offer of 8 to 10 lakh for our plot and we disagree and didn't want sell that. But the people's who gave as loan started torturing us and we asked them that we will pay you back monthly basis not they disagree and they started coming our home and shouting on us and they do it daily. In last november one of them snatched me out and slapped me and they started sitting in our homes like we won't leave until we get our money back and then we took an decision and shifted another city on that same night. Now we recently paid them 50k to one of them and now the main person is disagree that we paid them 50k we send paytm recipient even now there not agreeing and they are calls us with everyone's no. And using abusive language about our mother and sister and that's hitting us badly. Please let us know what can we do now we agree that it's our responsibility to pay them back but we were unable to clear the amount until next 6 months as we are struggling in this new city. Their bad words about our family is killing us from inside please share what should we do now. Thank you.
