Having Bond for 3 years in Software department

Hi All, I am Arnab..I passed my btech in 2017 in Computer science and engineering. After that I worked in 2 MNCs in Non technical profile..Does not get much growth there..Then started learning technology..and I got a job in a startup in Bangalore in technical domain..but they signed me 3 years bond. On that time I don't have any other options, So I had to joined der .but they are giving very low package..3LPA..Only 20k I am getting in hand..So I wanted to switch. But I am scaring about the bond that I signed. I am working on the company from last 5 and half months.My questions is are they asking me money If I left company.I am really wanted to switch. The bond they signed me is written there is 5lakh amount will be taken If I leave early..And that amount will be for training purpose. But they did give me one small tranning for 15 days. Each day 1 hrs.and that training they provide me I am not working on that project any more.. I am working in different project. Here they did not give any training in this project. Can you please help me what to do in this situation. I am ready to give interview, but scaring to leave.pls suggest..my age is 29 now.Need to earn more money
