Stomping & furniture movement noise from upstairs neighbor

I am facing an issue which sir you may find of little value or importance but me and my family are harassed a lot because of it and want to know if law can help me in this matter. I stay in flat 1203 and my upstairs neighbor who stays in 1303 who happens to be the secretory of the society is creating trouble for us. Almost everyday i get noise's (Loud footsteps, furniture movement) from his house even after 10PM and it goes on until 11 sometimes even beyond 12 AM. Again in the morning, as understood from discussion with him, he wakes up around 5 AM to go for namaz, and the loud footsteps around that time again disturbs my sleep. Me and my family have been facing this harassment for a long time now. Repeated requests to him have not changed his behavior. Earlier he used to say that the source of noise is not his house but now he is of the opinion he can do anything anytime in his flat. There is difference in staying in a bungalow and a flat which he seems to doesn't understand at all I tried raising this with society management committee but since this guy is secretary of the society the management committee is biased and not helping in this matter Please help me in this matter as this continuous disturbance has started to impact our mental peace and health now.
