My wife filled false compliant of 498a,323,504,506,34 agnist me and my father and mother she mentioned you can gold like chain , bracelet and amount of 8 lakh before marriage and for marriage she spent 40 lakh she mentioned and after 6 months she mentioned for my pursing of my PhD she has given 4 lakh and for borewell she given 2 lakhs and she mentioned i am demading for duplex home and she is telling your telling badly on her and I am forcing to give her divorce and and she mentioned that he is beaten and he told he will kill you these are all false things she is given in compliant Actually she not stayed 2 days also in my home I went to her home to satyed 11 months there itself without any physical relationship with my wife and i completed my PhD before marriage and borewell my brother made amount online to customer and even in marriage she not even given single ruppe i have given only 14 lakhs to her 10 lakh online transaction and 4 lakhs by cash she is not stayed in my house she has message saying that I will kill you also and she messaged me like you will take land give me 12 lakh I have send illegal notice under section 9 now I am able to file 498a case against her please suggest me i applied for bail also Thank you
