Can i file a case against bank for humilating

An amount of ₹90 lakh credited in my account and i thought my account is hacked so that i transfer my daily limit amount ₹50 lakh to my relatives account..Further when bank call me i accept that i make the transfer and return the amount to bank..I returned the ₹45 lakh amount meanwhile for ₹5 lakh They directly without any intimation debited my father account which is in SBI. even SBI bank also not informed my father and without his concurrence debit the amount ..Now SBI bank not reverted back that amount to HDFC. Due to this my account is still in negative I regurally makes calls write mails but no response is received from HDFC .I asked him by which rules or norms ur bank lies with SBI and debited my father account...They directly debited my father account on 31 May22 and still not reverted back to my account..The amount was also not credited back to my father account.. Can i file comolaint against HDFC..? Can My father file a complaint against SBI? Can i claim for manhani? As for last two months they are not able to resolve the issue and i am not able to carry out my daily expenses because of there transaction.? Please guide me
